FAQ
Why is a retainer fee needed to book?
A 25% retainer fee of the total cost is required to secure your date. The other 75% of the cost will be collected the day of the session. If the client cancels the session or is a no-show, the retainer fee is non-refundable. If I, the photographer, am unable to preform, all retainer fees will be returned. If conflict or bad weather arises, we will find a common date to reschedule the session.
How far in advance should I book a session or event?
I recommend booking your session or event as early as possible to secure your time and date. Popular seasons, such as the spring and the fall, tend to book quickly.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever you feel best in! Take into account the location you will be shooting at. The photos will turn out best if YOU feel beautiful. I would be happy to work with you to create a mood board, if desired.
What happens if there is bad weather on the day of our shoot?
Cloudy days make for some of the best lighting for photos! We will continue with our shoot and make sure you have your beautiful photos. If it is raining/there is a chance of rain, we will reschedule to a day that works for both of us.
What if I am late?
I strive to provide exceptional services to all of my clients. In order to ensure a smooth and efficient session, the amount of time booked starts at our agreed upon session start time. Should we need extra time, time may be added at the rate of $2.5/minute.
What's your turnaround time?
You will receive your edited photos back within 2 weeks from our session date through a digital gallery. It could be sooner depending on the season! The digital gallery will be available to you for 60 days, but this timeframe can be extended if need be.
How many images do I get?
All good images (excluding blurry, duplicates, etc) will be delivered via curated digital, online gallery. I will provide the minimum amount stated in the package description, but often times I end up sending more than promised.
